PERSONAL NUTRITION PLAN

Nutrition advice helps your form healthy, long-term eating habits which fit your lifestyle and training intensity. Correct nutrition is an integral part of working towards being in good shape. How to eat is largely dependent on a person's lifestyle, training intensity and goals. However, it is clear that the better the quality of the raw ingredients and their preparation, the more useful it will be for you and your body.

Creating a personal nutrition plan starts with an interview to determine your lifestyle, amount of physical exercise and desired goals. Using this as a basis, a personal nutrition plan is then created which, if followed, will improve your health and see you enjoying life more.

In the course of the training, the trainer can keep an eye on whether you’re following the nutrition plan. This encourages discipline and motivates consistent healthy eating. Changing eating habits should not be taken as a short-term project, because aiming for results that are too quick will lead to fluctuating weight and negative moods. Rather, your goal should be to completely change your existing eating habits.
