PERSONAL TRAINING
We’re all different. What’s easy for one person may present a challenge for another. Working out doesn't have to be easy or hard – it just has to be effective for you personally! Everyone's physiology is different. A personal trainer establishes the exercises, work(out)load and nutrition plan that are right for you. They also show you how to do exercises correctly, and they keep you motivated.

FAST RESULTS IN COMFORT
At your first meeting, the trainer sets the goals for the training and maps your current situation. This can most easily be determined using a lactate test and muscle tests that show which of your muscles are overly active and stiff, and which are weak. In order to monitor progress, these tests should be retaken every so often.
According to the goals set and your current situation, the trainer composes an individual training plan and, should you want one, a nutrition plan.

A PERSONAL TRAINER POINTS YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION
The most typical mistakes that people make when exercising are incorrect techniques, the wrong load, monotony and not noticing their results. These mistakes usually result in people giving up, or in the worst case scenario injuring themselves.Every personal training session is unique and interesting. During the session, the personal trainer instructs you in doing exercises using the right technique and with the maximum effort. The trainer recommends the frequency and intensity of training, and helps you notice the results.Exercise that is interesting and done correctly, coupled with noticing your progress, sees you reach your goals more quickly and keeps you motivated.

YOU CAN OVERCOME OBSTACLES
Obesity, health problems, injuries and other issues do not stop you from starting training. A personal trainer takes into account your special needs when creating and implementing your exercise plan. For example, frequent, well thought-out training can help diabetic people reduce their blood sugar level, which in turn reduces their need for insulin. Asthmatics can develop muscles that aid exhaling, thanks to which their need for medication decreases and their asthma tolerance limits increase.A personal trainer helps speed up weight loss, and in some cases also recovery from injury. The more consciously you choose and do exercises, the less time it takes you to reach your goals.
